- In the Settings pane, right-click Turn off Autoplay, and then click Properties.
- Click Enabled, and then select All drives in the Turn off Autoplay box, and finish by clicking OK.
Users of other Windows systems don't have the GPEDIT tool, and so have to disable the Autoplay feature by tweaking a setting in the registry. We'll show you everything you need to know about safely editing the registry in article R 11 in the Windows Advisor manual.
